For as long as I can remember, I always knew I wanted to help others. During college, I had a professor who helped me realize my passion for counseling and my ability to help others in that way.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Biology from Valparaiso University in 2014. I continued on with my education at Lipscomb University, where I graduated with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Play Therapy. I am currently working on my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a specialization in Autism at Ball State University.

My experience includes-working with children on the autism spectrum, working with adult men and women, and adolescents in a rehabilitation setting; helping with substance abuse issues, depression, anxiety and stress, sexual abuse trauma, grief and loss, and suicidal ideation. I have worked with clients in a clinical setting ranging from 3-65 years old, utilizing play-based therapy and person-centered therapy.

I enjoy spending my free time with my friends and family, cooking, reading a good book, and trying out new exercise fads!
